The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the train station.

My stay was incredibly disappointing. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning, making it uncomfortably hot, and the staff was unprofessional, providing minimal assistance when I asked for help. The check-in process felt more like an interrogation rather than welcoming, and I left frustrated by their lack of basic customer service skills.

Had a lovely stay! Location made it super easy to explore Montpellier, just a quick walk from the historic center. The room felt spacious and was very clean. Minor bummer was limited coffee supplies. Overall, a solid choice near the train station!

Excellent location near Saint Roch train station, clean and well-maintained rooms, nicely furnished rooms with modern decor

Room size can be quite cramped with limited space around luggage, ineffective shower design creates unnecessary water mess on floors!!! The old-fashioned elevator system adds inconvenience navigating the hotel. Wi-Fi connectivity issues are frustrating!!!

The hotel was right across from the train station, so it was easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection that was better than most cafés around.

The location is unbeatable, right near the train station. My room was spacious and extremely clean. I appreciated the fantastic air conditioning, which provided a comfortable environment.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a comfortable bar area for relaxation. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a better taxi, making my arrival smoother. I can’t wait to return next year!

The family triple room was cozy but super comfortable. The double-glazed windows kept the noise out, and we could easily let in fresh air. A small downside was bumping my head on the odd ceiling beam in the bathroom. Overall, it was clean and well-decorated, and we enjoyed being close to all the action in Montpellier.
